What we can do

We design and embroider made-to-order pieces in small batches, so we have flexibility most shops don't. The most common custom requests we hear:

Brand-new designs from scratch (yours or ours)
Personalized text, names, credentials, or dates
Color or material swaps on existing designs
Sizing outside our standard range, within reason

The process

How custom orders work

Tell us what you want

Send a description of what you have in mind and roughly when you need it. The more detail, the faster we can quote. We'll follow up by email so you can share reference images and any finer details there.

We chat through the details

We come back with questions, a rough timeline, and a price. For fully custom designs, we usually send a sketch or digitized preview before anything is locked in.

You approve, we make

Once you green-light the design and price, we lock it in and start embroidering. Most custom pieces take 2 to 3 weeks from approval.

Shipped, no surprises

We package, ship, and follow up to make sure it landed right.

Timeline and pricing

Custom projects vary, but here is what's typical:

Quote turnaround: 1 to 2 business days.
Production time: 2 to 3 weeks from approval, depending on complexity and our current queue.
Pricing: depends on design complexity, garment cost, and embroidery time. We'll always give a firm quote before any work starts.
Final sale: custom pieces are made specifically for you and can't be returned or refunded. We send mockups for approval so you know exactly what you're getting before we start.
Rush requests: possible but not guaranteed. Rush fees apply and depend on workload. See our Shipping Policy for the full picture.

Custom order questions

Can I see a preview before you start?

Yes. For fully custom designs we send a digitized mockup before any thread hits fabric. For simple personalizations (names, dates), we confirm in writing instead.

Can I make changes after I approve?

Small tweaks before we start production, sure. Once we've started embroidering, changes mean starting over and a new charge.

Are custom orders refundable?

Custom pieces are final sale. They're made specifically for you and we can't resell them. We send mockups for approval so you know what you're getting. See our Refund Policy for the full picture.

Do you do bulk or team orders?

Yes. Small-batch is our happy place. Reach out with your quantity, target date, and design idea.

What won't you do?

We won't reproduce trademarked logos or copyrighted designs you don't own the rights to, and we won't take on projects that conflict with our values. Beyond that, ask.
