Fabric

Midweight 8.5 oz. cotton/poly fleece with a brushed interior. Black and Classic Navy are 80% cotton / 20% polyester with a 100% cotton 32-singles face yarn for a smoother, softer surface; Grey Heather is 75% cotton / 25% polyester. Heather yarn takes its melange from the added polyester, which is why its blend runs slightly higher in poly.

Fit & Construction

Standard unisex fit, not boxy, not cropped. A #5 metal exposed zipper opens the neck roughly 8 inches, so it pulls on over the head rather than opening all the way down. Split-stitch double-needle sewing on all seams, twill neck tape across the shoulders, and 1x1 ribbing at the cuffs and waistband that keeps its shape through repeated wear. Tear-away label for comfort against the skin.

Embroidery

Digitized and produced in-house using commercial-grade thread. Embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric, not printed, not transferred, so it won't crack, peel, or fade. The stitch count is optimized for fleece weight, giving you sharp definition without puckering.

All measurements below are of the actual garment laid flat on a hard surface, not body measurements. The best way to use this chart is to grab a quarter-zip you already own and love the fit of, lay it flat, and compare its measurements to the ones below.

Choosing your size. Chest (laid flat) is the measurement that decides your size; the other columns are there to confirm the fit. Between two sizes? Size up for a roomier fit or down for a closer one. Still unsure? Contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.

Chest (laid flat) is the garment's chest width measured across the front only, from one side seam to the other, about an inch below the armhole. To replicate on a quarter-zip you own, lay it flat and measure straight across at that point, with the zip closed. This is exactly half the circumference figure.

Chest (circumference) is the full around-the-body measurement taken just below the armpit, where the sleeve seams end and the body begins. To measure yourself, wrap a soft tape around your body at that point, parallel to the floor and snug but not tight. This column gives the maximum chest the garment comfortably fits.

Body length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder, right next to the collar, straight down to the bottom hem. To replicate, lay the garment flat, find the highest point of the shoulder next to the neck, and measure vertically down to the hem edge.

Sleeve length is measured from the center of the back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the outside of the sleeve to the end of the cuff, including the cuff rib. To replicate, lay the garment flat and measure from the center back neck out to the cuff edge.

Front zipper is the length of the front zip placket, from the base of the collar down to where the zipper stops. It does not affect your size; it tells you how far the neck opens, and it is the reason this pulls on over the head rather than opening all the way down.

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
Do not iron directly on embroidery.
